By this application a prayer is made to permit applicant to serve respondent No. 2 by substituted service i.e. paper publication in daily Lokmat published from Jalgaon city (State of Maharashtra).

Considering the averments in the application, a case is made out to grant the prayer. Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'.

Notice be published within a period of eight weeks from today. On publication of notice in the newspaper, copy of such publication be placed on record of this Court within a period of 12 weeks.
