Present application has been given for correction in the names of legal heirs of respondent No.1. It is submitted that for few legal heirs, their nicknames have been given and not their original names. 2.

The application is too technical, under such circumstances it stands allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendments be carried out within a period of one (1) week.

4.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notices to those legal heirs under the corrected names.

5.
