The petitioner assails the order cancelling approval granted to the petitioner. Approval is basically cancelled on the ground that one Mr.Tukaram Deorao Garje, has filed appeal before the School Tribunal and the same is

It appears that subsequently the appeal filed by Mr.Garje, is dismissed. Against the dismissal of the appeal, said Garje, has filed Writ Petition before this Court. This Court on 5.10.2016 has admitted Writ Petition No.1686/2016 filed by Mr.Garje and has further observed that the services of Respondent No.4 therein (petitioner in the present Writ Petition) shall be subject to the result of the petition and shall not be regularised without leave of the Court or till the disposal of the Writ Petition. 3.

In view of the said order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to move the said Court with regard to the payment of salary in the interregnum and to agitate about his entitlement for salary during the pendency of the Writ Petition No.1686/2016.

With these observations, the Writ
