Present C.A. is filed for vacating the interim relief passed by this Court on 9.12.2010. In fact, the present C.A. need not be entertained. The order dated 9.12.2010 passed by this Court granting stay is a conditional order i.e. subject to the deposit of the amount under the Award within a period of 12-weeks. It is submitted that the said amount is not deposited by the Acquiring Body and or the State within the period of 12-weeks, as directed by this Court.
