The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that, the appellant has satisfied the Award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, at Aurangabad in the execution proceeding filed in that regard. In the circumstances, the learned Counsel has sought leave to withdraw the present appeal and has prayed for refund the amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited by the appellant at the time of filing the appeal as the statutory requirement.

The appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.
