Present petition has been filed for directing respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's proposal dated 12.12.2023 seeking approval to transfer him from Non aided to aided post of Assistant Teacher as expeditiously as possible.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and upon instructions from respondent No.2, makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the proposal dated 12.12.2023 within a period of eight weeks from today.
