Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 Insurer submits that without income proof, the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Jalgaon has accepted the income of deceased as Rs.8000/- per month. Learned counsel for the applicants submit that respondent No.3, in his written statement, admitted that the deceased was drawing salary of Rs.8000/- per month from him.

Thus, considering the rival submissions, following order would meet the ends of justice.

O R D E R

i.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount to the extent of 75/%.

ii.
