The petition is filed only on apprehension that the respondent No. 3 may demolish the suit structure without following due process of law. The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 states that if the respondent No. 3 proposes to demolish the suit structure, respondent No. 3 will follow the due process of law before demolishing the suit structure.
