Mr. Murkute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner against his disqualification is pending with the State Government, the same is not been decided.

Considering the above, the Authority where the appeal is filed shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner against his disqualification expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of formation of new Government.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
