Affidavit is filed by the respondent Nos.1 to 5 . Para-6 of the affidavit reads thus :

"6.

I say and submit that so far as present case is concerned the proposal was submitted for approval of services of petitioners on 13/07/2016. The said appointment are after the directions issued by the State Government in respect of ban on recruitment. The office of this deponent will consider said proposal on its own merit and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferable within 6 weeks"

(2) WP No.9383/2016 2.

In view of the affidavit filed by respondent Nos.1 to 5, the Competent Authority shall consider the proposal on its own merits within six weeks. All contentions are kept open. 3.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
