Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking direction for transfer of solvent surety / security along with the accrued interest to the executing Court i.e. the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Bhusawal on the ground that it would be convenient for them to withdraw the said amount from there only. This Court vide order dtd.19.09.2022 has already directed such transfer in other connected matters.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The applicants are permitted to furnish solvent surety / security to the aforesaid executing Court i.e. the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Bhusawal by filing separate application to that effect.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
