The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled to subsidy under the National Mission for Food Processing Scheme and the Chief Minister Agricultural and Food Processing Scheme. The proposals are forwarded. The decision is not being taken and the Banks are after the petitioners for recovery.

According to the petitioners, the applications are already forwarded. All compliances are made but the decision is not being taken by the authorities.

Considering the fact that the petitioners claimed that their proposals are pending since long time for grant of subsidy, the respondents are required to take decision on its own merits upon the proposals submitted by the petitioners for grant of subsidy. Of course, however the same are required to be complete in all respects.

In case the proposals of the petitioners for grant of subsidy are complete in all respects and pending, then the respondents -

3 wp 10764.17+ authorities shall take decision upon the said proposals for subsidy of the petitioners on its own merits, in accordance with its policy, expeditiously and preferably within six (6) months. 5.

The writ petitions are accordingly stand disposed of. No costs.
