Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. With the consent of the parties, heard finally at the admission stage. 2.
The petitioner before this Court is a Pensioner who retired from the service as Headmaster on 31.01.2003. The limited grievance raised in this Writ Petition is that, despite the petitioner have been awarded Certificate of District Awardee Teacher prior to 04.09.2018 i.e on 05.09.2000 and the benefits awarded by the G.R dated 12.12.2000 has not been given to the petitioner on the ground that, by virtue of subsequent Government Resolutions and more particularly Government Resolution dated 04.09.2018, the petitioner has been deprived of the said benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to
2 949.doc the order dated 25.01.2019 passed by this Court in similar set of facts. The facts in the present case and the case decided earlier are almost similar. Therefore, we find that the same course can be followed in this Writ Petition.
ORDER
A) The Respondent Nos.4 and 5/Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, after confirming that the petitioner has been awarded with Certificate of District Awardee Teacher prior to 04.09.2018 shall decide the case of the petitioner for additional increment as laid down in Government Resolution dated 12.12.2000.
B) The said exercise be done preferably within a period of eight weeks from today on its own merits. C) With these directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
D) Rule stands discharged.
