Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the issue covered in the present writ petition is no longer res-integra in view of the judgment of this court dated 09.05.2014 delivered in Writ Petition No. 8985 of 2011 with other connected matters wherein this Court has struck down the cut off date and has awarded benefit of the Government Resolution dated 30.10.2009 even to the employees retiring between 01.01.2006 to 26.02.2009. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner for whom the relief is

The learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 do not dispute this aspect of the matter.

In light of that, we dispose of the matter for the reasons stated in the judgment dated 09.05.2014 in writ petition No. 8985 of 2011 with other connected writ petitions.

The petitioner shall make representation to the respondent No. 1 for grant of benefit of the Government Resolution dated 30.10.2009 and the State Government shall pass orders in that regard within three months from the date of receipt of the representation and if it is found that the said person has retired on 30.03.2006, shall pay the difference of the pension and the revised pension, expeditiously. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
