The Petitioner is the son of the predecessor in title with regard to the land Gut No.98 ad-measuring 3 H 3 R at Kokate Hadgaon, Tq. Partur, District Jalna. After succeeding before the Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue in a ROR Appeal No.128/2007 vide order dated 27.08.2009, the Tahsildar Partur was directed to carry out a re-inquriy with regard to the revenue entries and redress the grievance of the Petitioner'

s father. He passed away in 2013. The Petitioner is now taking up this cause after having approached the revenue authorities, repeatedly.

In view of the above, we direct the District Collector, Jalna, Respondent No.3 herein, to consider the case of the Petitioner in the light of

( 2 ) wp 10761.23 the application served on the Tahsildar office Partur on 19.06.2023, by calling for a report from the said Tahsildar and initiate appropriate steps as may be permissible in law to redress the grievance of the Petitioner. This exercise shall be completed within 90 days, provided there is no other legal impediment. 3.
