All these applications have been filed by the acquiring body for condonation of delay in filing first appeals. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. 2.

Learned Advocate for the respondents/claimants raises strong objection on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained. 3.

Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the applications and the fact that the acquiring body was required to adopt procedure before getting sanction for filing appeals, liberal approach is taken, delay stands condoned.
