Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Revenue Recovery Certificate is issued in favour of the petitioners, but the concerned authority is not implementing it.

In case, the Revenue Recovery Certificate issued in favour of the petitioners is in force, then respondent No.2/3 shall execute it in accordance with law. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall consider the priority of claims, the secured creditors' rights, if any and thereafter, proceed for the execution in accordance with law. The steps shall be taken expeditiously. The petitioners can show the unencumbered property to the respondent No.2 for execution of the revenue certificate.
