The petitioner-management is awaiting approval by the Government for a recommendation forwarded by the University for an additional division of B.C.A. course, pursuant to the provision of Section 109 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016. The proposal seems to be pending with the respondent No. 1 since 20.04.2023 as has been communicated to the petitioner by the University vide its communication dated 08.05.2023 (Exhibit 'C') 3.

We dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondent No. 1 to take appropriate decision on the recommendation received from the University dated 20.04.2023 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks from today.
