This Court, vide order dated 2/12/2021, has allowed the original claimants No.1 to 5 to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-. One of the claimants, namely claimant No.3 is "Munnikumari d/o Mithilesh Pathak". It is now informed that, on her marriage, she is now recognized as "Maya Devi w/o Ved Prakash Sharma". When the person is one and the same, what is in name ? The amount directed to be paid, be paid to all of the claimants in equal proportion and on proper identification of the claimants. Since the claimants are from the State of Bihar, the registry shall not insist for their presence in person. The amount be credited to their Bank Accounts, on due identification.
