PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take decision on the Application tendered by the petitioner under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Officer for re-determination of the compensation payable to him on the basis of Award passed by the Civil Court in Land Acquisition Reference No.2291/2010 decided on 26.2.2016 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today and it is accordingly directed.

On re-determination of the amount of compensation, if the petitioner is held entitled to receive additional sum, the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner by respondent Nos.1 to 4 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within four months from the date of such re-determination.
