Heard Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel Mr. Awate, Mr. Bondar and learned AGP for the non-applicants.

Learned counsel for the non-applicants oppose the application. Writ petition is not yet admitted. Even otherwise, the non-applicants will have every right to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment by filing affidavit to the writ petition. In the light of that, the civil application for amendment is allowed in terms of prayer clause B. Civil application disposed of. Necessary amendments be carried out within 14 days.
