The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has been granted permission to run the school on self finance basis. The economical condition of the petitioner is not good. The petitioner is facing financial problem and grant in aid is required to be granted to the petitioner. Now the proposal is given to grant financial aid.

The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

It is not disputed that, the petitioner has been granted permission to run the school on self finance basis in the year

2 wp 500.21 2013 and now the petitioner is seeking finance. Once permission is granted on self finance basis, the petitioner has to establish its right to get finance. The petitioner may prosecute its proposal with the Government as may be permissible in law and the State Government may consider the proposal on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
