The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is that the pending second Revision Application filed on 25.05.2022 with Respondent No.1/State under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, be decided within a timeline. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No.1 to issue notices to the litigating parties within three weeks from today and after granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the stakeholders, the pending second Revision Application be decided within 120 days, on it's own merits.
