Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing this application for restoration of the Second Appeal is condoned in the interest of justice, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 3000/- to the contesting respondents i.e. respondent Nos. 1A to 1G in one set. The amount of costs shall be deposited within a week in this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 12th August, 2015, passed by the learned

ca14374-2015 Registrar (Judicial) is quashed and set aside and the Second Appeal is ordered to be restored to its file for disposal according to law.

Place the Second Appeal for taking further steps on 8th August, 2017.

The present Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
