The parties had already arrived at a compromise through mediation process. Compromise terms were prepared on 25-02-2022. It was agreed by the respondent-borrower that he would repay the amount in installments as given in clause-B of the terms of compromise. It is submitted that now entire amount is paid as per the settlement. In view of that now bank has also issued no dues certificate and given instructions to the learned advocate to withdraw the appeal. The communication dated 20-02-2023 is taken on record and marked as ' X' for the purpose of identification.

In view of above, the learned advocate for the

(2) alp181.18 applicant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Leave is granted as prayed for.

The criminal application stands disposed off as withdrawn.
