By this Application, applicant seeks restoration of the Civil Application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal, Civil Application for seeking stay to the execution and operation of the judgment and award impugned in the First Appeal and the substantative First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 27.10.2021, delivered by learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division in Land Acquisition Reference No.194 of 2011.

Mr. V. P. Narwade submits that inadvertently the objections could not be removed during the period granted by the registry and the applicant/appellant has suffered refusal of

957-ca-9819-2025 registration to this aforesaid proceedings.

For the reasons stated in the application, application stands allowed. Delay caused in filing present Civil Application stands condoned. First Appeal St. No.14235 of 2025, Civil Application No.14236 of 2025 and Civil Application No.14238 of 2025 in First Appeal St. No.14235 of 2025 stand restored to their original positions. 5.

Applicant shall remove all the office objections to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court within four weeks from today. Failing to which, this order shall not remain in operation.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
