The grievance of the petitioner is that the permanent approval is not granted only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Under order dated 22.2.2019 in Writ Petition No.13675 of 2019, we have directed Education Officer to decide the proposal forwarded by the management seeking approval of the petitioner on its own merits. It is submitted that the Education Officer has not considered the said proposal on the ground that the proposal will be decided after the committee's decision.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the claim of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 9th September 2019 and shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the

WP.10651.19 proceeding. The Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded shall decide the proposal seeking approval to the continuation of the petitioner on its own merits and shall not keep it pending only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 4.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
