The learned Counsel Mr. Yeramwar submits that the petitioner was admitted in B.E. (Electrical Engineering Course) of four years. The petitioner has appeared for Third Year (Ist Semester) examination. The validation proceeding is not yet decided. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submits that the proceeding would be decided by the Committee within a period of six months as it is pending at the stage of vigilance.

The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the proceeding within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 25th February, 2019. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding before the Committee.

The respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from appearing in the Third Year examination nor shall withhold result of the Third Year (1st and 2nd Semester) only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. However, the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall take further course of action depending upon the Judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceeding. 4.
The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petition, the Civil Application is disposed of.
