By common order dated 18th March 2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.2830 of 2019 and other connected matters, the application filed by the present applicants came to be dismissed for want of removal of the office objections.

Learned counsel submits that the applicants are ready to remove the office objections.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "(A)", subject to the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) to be paid to the Advocate Bar Association's Library, High Court of Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
