Admittedly, maximum punishment imposed on the applicant is three years rigorous imprisonment. Applicant is granted interim bail by order dated 07/10/2022. Applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused facility of bail. Applicant has deposited fine amount. Considering the pendency of old matters, appeal is not likely to be heard in near future. Application is, therefore, allowed by confirming interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 07/10/2022.
