Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by order dated 28-06-2022 had directed the applicants to remove the Ofce objections and if the objections are not removed within two weeks, the registration shall automatically refused. The applicants could not remove Ofce objections within the stipulated period due to some personal reason, hence, requested to allow the application. Learned counsel for the applicants further submits that delay caused for fling the application be condoned. 2.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and reasons mentioned in the application, order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 28-06-2022 is quashed and set aside. The applicants shall remove Ofce objections within four weeks.
