The petitioner is challenging the inclusion of respondent No. 6 in the voters list.

Mr. Imale, learned counsel submits that respondent No. 6 is not the borrower member of respondent No. 5. The respondent No. 6 could not have been a valid voter. The name of respondent No. 5 is erroneously included in the list of voters.

The election programme is declared. The last date for filing nomination is 11.10.2021 and the last date for withdrawal is

2 26-wp 11613-2021.odt 21.10.2021. The election process is set in motion. The order was passed rejecting the objection of the petitioner on 22.09.2021. The petitioner has filed the petition after the election process has commenced. It would not be appropriate to interfere with the election process at this stage.

The petitioner may assail the election or otherwise as may be permissible under law.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
