The applicants, who are the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1 - Sanjay Bhagwan alias Baban Khairnar, are seeking permission to bring themselves on record by condoning the delay of 115 days. Sanjay has died on 05.09.2021. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 - Insurance Company did not raise any objection since appeal is to be proceeded further.

As such, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C'

. The amendment be carried out within stipulated period by appellant - Insurance Company.
