The applicants are praying for permitting them to receive the amount lying in this Court in a disposed of first appeal. 2.

Applicant No. 1A Bhaskar Sundarrao Ghare died and he is survived by the present applicants. They are placed on record death certificate as well as heirship certificate. When the First Appeal was decided it was not brought to the notice of this Court, inadvertently. It was a group matter, which was disposed of and steps could not be taken. Heirship certificate and the death certificate are indicative of the fact that present applicants are entitled to receive the amount lying in this Court.
