It is stated that the respondent No.1 resides on the same address as given in the application and appeal memo. The said address is taken from the addresses from the document filed in the trial Court. However, now the report received by the Court shows that no such person is Ethape

The learned Advocate thus submits that it is necessary to serve notice to the Respondent No.1 through paper publication. In view of the same, office to issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.1. 5.

Notice be published in daily newspaper "Punya Nagari" widely circulated in Latur district.
