Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

Present petition is directed against the order dated 13.02.2020 passed by the Divisional Commissioner in Revision No.2018/ROR/REV/42, order dated 24.11.2017 passed by the Additional Collector, Aurangabad in Appeal No.2016/Appeal/MLRC/CR-48 and order dated 29.03.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Collector, Vaijapur in File No.2015/MJMA/CR85/2015. As these proceedings are arising out the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, the petitioner is having an alternate efficacious remedy of filing revision under Section 257 of the M.L.R. Code. 3.

The Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra and Others reported in 2015 AIR SCW 6277 has considered the issue by holding that the second revision before the State Government is maintainable.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of as not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to file second revision before the State Government within a period of eight weeks from today. 5.

The time spent while prosecuting this petition shall be taken into consideration by the State Government while considering the application for condonation of delay.
