Learned counsel for the applicants submits that this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent but the applicant has not withdrawn the interest accrued thereon. Hence applicants be permitted to withdraw the interest accrued on deposited amount. 3.

Considering submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants as well as applicants are already permitted to withdraw the amount and the applicants have not withdrawn accrued interest thereon hence I pass the following order.
