The petitioner was working on the post of Circle Officer and is an employee of the State Government. He has alternate remedy of filing original application before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal challenging the orders passed in disciplinary proceedings against him. The petition is thus not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal in respect of his cause of action. ( SANDEEP V.
