Heard the learned Advocate for the parties. The present petitioner and the respondent Management has entered into a compromise and compromise pursis is filed on record. 2.

This Court had directed the verification of the compromise before the Registrar. The Registrar has verified the compromise and submitted report that the parties entered into compromise voluntarily and no force or fraud is played.

In the compromise it is noted that the petitioner accepted the reinstatement of the respondent No.1 and the respondent No.1 has retired on superannuation and that the petitioner will submit the pension proposal to the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli.

It is further stated in the compromise that the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli shall consider and grant proposal for retirement of respondent No.1 and sanction all retirement benefits to respondent No.1 including pension.

The learned AGP appearing for the respondent-State submits that they are not party to the compromise and the compromise is binding to the parties who have entered into the compromise. 6.

In view of the same, present petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise pursis with a clarification that the petitioner's proposal for pension submitted to the Education Officer, the same shall be decided by the Education officer in accordance with law. 7.

The petition is disposed of. All pending applications stand disposed of.
