The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared for NEET and CET exams. The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The validation proceeding is pending since the year 2020. The vigilance is completed. The petitioner has also filed his say to the vigilance report. However, the proceeding is not yet decided.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 22.10.2021.

The committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding if, it is possible for it, expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
