PER COURT :- It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Caste Scrutiny Committee raising challenge to the decision rendered by the Sub Divisional officer. If the petitioner tenders an appeal within a period of two weeks, the Caste Scrutiny Committee shall take appropriate decision in the matter within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the appeal.

In the meanwhile, respondent No.3 shall not direct cancellation of appointment of the petitioner and shall keep the seat reserved for a period of three months. It would be open for the petitioner to tender the caste certificate to the Appointing Authority after the decision of the Scrutiny Committee.
