In applications filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the petitioner has produced on record order dated 24/08/2021 in FAST No.20282 of 2021 wherein this Court has granted stay subject to deposit of 90% of the award amount within 12 weeks. 2.

In view of the order passed by this Court as above, ad-interim stay is granted subject to deposit of 90% amount of the award along with accrued interest thereon within a period of 12 weeks from today. 3.

In applications for condonation of delay, for the reasons stated in the application, said applications are allowed and disposed of. 4.
