This is an application seeking restoration of the First Appeal St. No.33525 of 2024, of which registration was refused under order of the learned Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections within given time by the applicants/appellants.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Civil Application stands allowed. The First Appeal St. No.33525 of 2024 stands restored to its original position, provided that the applicants/appellants removes all office objections within two weeks from today. Failing to which, this order shall not remain in operation.
