Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Inadvertently, the office objections were not removed by the appellant. Considering the reasons, it appears that Advocate for appellant has not supplied copies within prescribed period and hence the First Appeal is dismissed, and because the fault on the part of the Advocate, party shall not suffer. Considering the fact, Civil Application is allowed terms of prayer clause 'B'. First Appeal stands restored to its original position.
