By this petition, the petitioners have put-forth prayer clauses "B" and "C" as under :- "B. This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass necessary writ order or direction in like nature and direct the Respondent no.3 to issue the order of appointment as Shikshan Sevak to the petitioners as expeditious as possible.

direct the Respondent no.3 to take into consideration the report forwarded by the Deputy Director of Sports and Youth Services at Latur dated 02/01/2020 and after verifying the same, issue the order of appointment as Shikshan Sevak to the petitioners as expeditious as possible." 2.

We have considered the submissions of the learned advocates for the respective sides.

Page 19 and 20 are the scrutiny certification of the sport certificates acquired by the petitioners. Page nos.21 to 24 are the actual certificates, which the petitioners have been issued for having participated in some competition. The authorities issuing the said certificates is the Maharashtra State Weight Lifting Association. 4.

The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the petitioners should tender to the Zilla Parishad, the original verification of the sports certificates dated 02.01.2020 at page 19 and 20 and the original certificates of honour dated 25.01.2005 at page nos.21 to 24, which are with the petitioners. 5.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that all these original certificates are handed over to the Zilla Parishad.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following direction :- (a) If the petitioners have yet not tendered the above mentioned two documents at page nos.19 and 20, the petitioners shall tender the said documents to the Zilla Parishad within 15 days from today. Pursuant thereto, respondent no.3 agrees to issue the appointment orders to the petitioners, since they have to be appointed as Assistant Shikshan Sevaks.

(b) We expect such appointment orders to be issued within 15 days from the date of receipt of the said original verification certificates.

(c) Pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed off.
