Petitioner is objecting to the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee dated 27.08.2018 validating the tribe certificate issued to respondent no.3.

We have perused the order passed by the Scrutiny Committee. The reasons recorded by the Scrutiny Committee are convincing. It does not appear that respondent no. 3 has relied upon any forged or fabricated record for substantiating his claim.

This Court, while exercising extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is not expected to exercise appellate jurisdiction in respect of the orders passed by the Scrutiny Committee.

For the reasons as aforesaid, no interference is called for. Petition is devoid of substance.

Writ petition stands dismissed.
