ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 3962 days in filing the appeals. The delay appears to be caused due to their financial crisis. The learned A.G.P. as well as learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application on the ground that there is circulation delay also.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the application is allowed and the delay as mentioned in the application stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for
