This application is preferred by the applicants - original claimants whose appeal bearing First Appeal No. 1289/2006 came to be allowed by this Court by common judgment and order dated 06.03.2024 whereby, the applicants are awarded rate of Rs. 1,25,000/- per Hectare. After allowing the appeal, now the State has deposited the amount as per the award in the first appeal. The total amount deposited is Rs. 3,85,172/- including statutory benefits. This application is, therefore, moved for

There is no dispute about the position that the amount is now deposited pursuant to the order passed in the first appeal. No appeal is also preferred as on today.

Considering the above, this Court finds that, there is no difficulty in allowing the application.

Therefore, the civil application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 3,85,172/- deposited in this Court along with accrued interest. 6.
