Seen the contention. In view of the nature of the relief claimed, notice was given to the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and made returnable immediately. It appears that even application is not made for parole. Present proceeding is filed for the prisoner. In view of the nature of the relief claimed, this Court is asking the claimant to file the parole application first before the Jail Authority.

2 Cri.W.P. No. 5/2021 If such application is filed, decision is to be taken by the Jail Authority within fifteen days from the date of receipt of an application. With this direction, the present proceeding is disposed of.
