The State has filed this appeal against the judgment and order dated 27-01-2016 passed by the Special Judge (ACB) Ahmednagar in Special (ACB) Case No. 2 of 2014. By the impugned judgment the respondent who was accused before the trial court has been acquitted of the offences punishable under Sections 7,13(1)(d) read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

The respondent/accused has expired on 2404-2021. 3.

The learned APP has not disputed the said fact.
